Juliette comes to us with a wealth of experience in functional fitness training and strength and conditioning. She is a University of Delaware Graduate majoring in health and behavioral science with a minor in strength and conditioning coaching. Additionally, she holds certifications in OPEX CCP Principles of Program Design, Level-1 Certified Functional Strength Coach, Reflexive Performance Reset, CrossFit L-1 Trainer, and is currently working on the completion of her CSCS to become a certified strength and conditioning coach. Juliette has experience as an intern strength coach with several collegiate programs, including perennial athletic powerhouse, Clemson University in South Carolina, in addition to Sacred Heart University, Quinnipiac University, and Fairfield University in her home-state of Connecticut. Most recently, Juliette closed out the summer of 2018 working as an intern strength coach for DRIVE 495, a gym in SoHo, New York City. At Drive, she was responsible for writing individualized training programs to help move clients towards their unique goals, and actively coaching clients on the floor each day during their sessions. In addition to assisting our team as a coach on the floor, Juliette will take a lead role in digital marketing, networking, and overall community relations for the gym. Juliette has an infectious positive attitude and makes her time at the gym fun and energizing for everyone. She loves coaching and bringing positivity to the overall daily client experience.
